The 1217 and 1219 Tulane Street Historic Rehab Project, Old Growth Ventures' first project in the Historic Preservation Fund, I LP, did an extensive interview this week with Adam Zuvanich, the editor of the The Leader News, the half a century old Heights newspaper.
"We are excited to talk about how we've made historic rehabs economic, even for small investor owned properties in the hottest markets in the Houston city core," said Neal Dikeman, CEO of Old Growth Ventures.
