Old Growth Ventures is pleased to announce that its 910 Renner Craftsman Bungalow has been recognized by the National Park Service and Texas Historical Commission as a certified historic structure and contributing to the significance of the Old Sixth Ward Historic District near downtown Houston.
We are very pleased that the National Park Service, and the Texas Historic Commission have agreed with our assessment, and formally recognized the historical significance of and certified historic the 910 Renner house under their programs, says Old Growth Ventures principal Neal Dikeman. This is a great example of a developer working to protect a previously at risk historic structure. We only keep the history of Houston if we protect it.
